Anyhow. This is the ideal present for everyone in your life, especially since New Year's Resolutions are quickly approaching!

String Art - Farmhouse Style

Those who enjoy more rustic home decor schemes will love this piece. It will have a rustic look from the sola wood flowers and a lovely twist from the mason jar-shaped coiled twine.

Floral Book Stack (Two Ways!)

Alternatively, you may just glue the flowers, filler, and greenery straight onto the top book.

Sola Wood Flower Dog Arrangement

For the animal lovers in your life, this one is just perfect! You can make a playful arrangement with your pals' animal friends by modifying the color and shape of the flowers.

Bonus Tutorial: Wreath Board!

Not enough ideas for last-minute gifts? Well, let's create a fresh one! This is a lovely, simple-to-make wreath board. This artwork will provide a beautiful winter holiday flavor to your home while highlighting some traditional seasonal hues!

What I used for this piece is as follows:

The wooden board that I purchased a couple of years ago from Hobby Lobby

Mini ruscus wreath made in Italy

Joyful and Vibrant wooden silhouette

Reinforced filler or artificial berries

1.5" munchkins and 1.5" sola wood flowers (I used Thelmas).

I started by using a foam brush to paint the wood cutout gold (you can also use a make-up wedge or beauty blender). This makes it less likely that paint will leak over the cutout's edge.

Then, adhere the small wreath and wood cutout to your board with adhesive! I attached both with hot glue, but E6000 would work better for the wreath. While the glue cures on the wreath, you can use a book or another heavy object to weigh it down. Alternatively, you could just hammer a nail into the board and hang the wreath from it if you wanted to be able to change it out!

This wreath follows a specific pattern, just like most others do. From the wreath, the foliage extends in the same direction. Using hot glue, I chopped my berry bunch into single sprigs and inserted them, ensuring they blended in with the surrounding foliage.

Using hot glue once more, add your sola wood flowers as the last step! I adore how the natural cream contrasts with the darker board's crimson, green, and gold hues. I started with my five larger flowers (the 1.5" Thelmas) and used munchkins to fill in any spaces left by the more prominent blooms. I'm eager to give this piece to a buddy now!

There you have it! These six DIY ideas for the holidays should motivate you to make something unique for the flower enthusiasts in your life. Happy creating!
