Fall Wedding Inspiration

I use this fall wedding inspiration instead of my monthly color palette recommendation. According to a recent report by The Knot, the most popular time of year for weddings is fall. The best time to go is from September to November, so forget about June. I don't mind because I love to fall more than any other season.

Nowadays, there are two ways to do an autumn wedding: the correct and wrong. An event with a fall theme is called The Wrong Way. This is the proper method! Surprisingly, you won't see an orange pumpkin, hay bale, or artificial leaf anywhere. However, you will discover nuanced seasonal references, textured textiles, rich, deep colors, and details that provide depth and warmth. There are various colors to pick from, including burnt orange, hunter green, navy, marsala, plum, and even bronze. They all look great when combined. For your men, consider wearing tweed and corduroy instead of tuxedos. Bridesmaid dresses don't have to be traditional; you can pick one in any of the striking hues shown above. Pinecones, fresh herbs, gilded leaves, and many candles might all be used as décor. White or the elusive blue-gray are good choices if you must use pumpkins. It's a considerate idea to provide flannel blankets to keep your guests warm throughout your outdoor ceremony, and making fresh s'mores over a bonfire would make an excellent nightcap. Add figs, root vegetables, and cranberries to your dinner to give it a seasonal flair—all of you. The list of amazing ideas is endless, and I could go on forever! If you want to call me basic, I don't care.
